D.F.R Drone as First Responder
India’s anti-crime response network — for crime prevention, negotiations and de-escalations.
The phone becomes a witness.
- Start a phone or video call to the police control room by voice — say “help” or “call the police” in any Indian language
- Circles — live location sharing with your family and friends
- Check in on me — ask your family or friends to check in on you on a set timer
- One tap, a shake or a home-screen shortcut starts recording
- Every second is sealed on the phone as court-ready evidence
Built & working
Eyes on the scene before the patrol arrives.
- VEER — the outdoor responder. When an officer accepts a call, it launches from its docking station — designed to reach a scene within 120 seconds — and sends live zoom and thermal video, with a spotlight and loudspeaker on board for surveillance, crime prevention and negotiation.
- NAYAK — a small indoor drone carried in patrol vehicles, to document and search inside buildings.
In design
RAKSHAK — रक्षक, “the protector”.
- City-wide infrastructure for VEER — one station, one drone; coverage grows station by station
- Keeps the drone charged by its robotic swappable battery system and ready to launch within seconds of an accepted call
- Climate-controlled and weatherproof
